A dynamic forum focused on the experience of childhood and the process of learning
Virtual Documentation Lab
This Doc Lab will have traces around talking to children about race in a pilot program conceived by RINM members Celeste Finn, Christy Spencer, Rie Algeo Gilsdorf, and a think tank of educators. Core team member Angelina Nguyen of the Google Children's Center in Mountain View, CA, will present documentation of prototype conversations with her class.
Using the Doc Lab protocol we will practice looking at documentation, analyze the learning together and wonder what steps could take place next. You may find having a copy printed and ready for referencing during our discussion helpful.
