Dodge Nature Preschool is offering this one-day conference to give educators an opportunity to observe and learn about nature-based education. Find inspiration, engage in dialogue with colleagues and learn practical ideas to help incorporate nature-based education into your classroom and school environment.  

 Join us at the Learning Conference to:  

• Hike with a guide through preschool and Nature Center grounds.
• Observe in preschool classrooms.  
• Engage with materials in our resource room 
• Participate in breakout sessions:  

Habitat Hike- With the guidance of a Dodge Nature Center naturalist, learn about local habitats and ecosystems.  Find out what natural resources you can go deeper with at your own setting. 

Nature’s Curriculum - Dodge Nature Preschool teachers will share how nature is used to guide their curriculum in all domains.  Get hands-on with art experiences, wild edibles, animal encounters, and more.

This conference is not hosted by the Reggio-Inspired Network of Minnesota. You don't need RSVP on this website. Click here to get registration information.

The cost is $90 per participant. This fee includes a light breakfast, lunch and materials. Please come prepared to spend time outdoors.  

Registration will close on April 19, 2019 or until filled. Space is limited and the conference usually fills by April 1.
